PRN Day Shift - McCullough Hyde Memorial Hospital Location: 110 North Poplar Street, Oxford, OH 45056 Work Schedule: - PRN/Optional - Day Shift - No Weekend Commitment - Holiday and On Call Commitment Job Overview: As an Ultrasonographer at the McCullough Hyde Memorial Hospital , working under the general direction of the physician and the supervision of the manager or supervisor, this position is responsible for performing high ‑ quality breast ultrasound examinations in accordance with ACR and AIUM guidelines and established protocols. The Ultrasonographer must demonstrate competency in breast ultrasound imaging, ultrasound ‑ guided procedures, and related diagnostic techniques, with a GXMO preferred for performing DEXA scans if applicable. Responsibilities include performing accurate and timely ultrasound exams, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record, participating in quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring proper operation and care of ultrasound equipment through adherence to standard procedures and troubleshooting/reporting malfunctions, working effectively with patients and families to provide compassionate care, ma...
