Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Targeting Analyst to join our team at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) , supporting the 363 rd ISR Wing (363 ISRW) . The Targeting Analyst will play a critical role in conducting target development and operational planning to support mission-critical objectives. This position requires expertise in multi-discipline intelligence analysis, targeting methodologies, and the ability to deliver actionable intelligence to support operational and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct target development and target system analysis to identify, prioritize, and assess targets in support of operational and strategic objectives. - Analyze, and synthesize data to provide support for multi-discipline ISR, cyberspace, and targeting in a net-centric environment. - Perform Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis to integrate intelligence from multiple sources (e.g., GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT) into comprehensive targeting products. - Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including target folders, weaponeering solutions, and collateral damage estimates. - Support ISR Target Development (ITD/ATD)...
