Description Description: This role hasNational Sales Executive – Freight (LTL/TL) High-Performance, Hunter-Focused Role | Sims Global Solutions** If you’re an experienced freight sales hunter who thrives on winning new business, this role is built for you. Sims Global Solutions is expanding our national sales team, and we’re looking for a proven closer who knows how to build relationships, open doors, and grow profitable LTL and TL business. This is a high-impact role where your results directly shape our growth. You’ll sell with the support of a state-of-the-art TMS , a high-performing operations team , and a network of top-tier carriers —giving you the confidence to say “yes” more often and deliver for your customers. What You’ll Do: - Drive new revenue by identifying, prospecting, and securing profitable LTL and TL customers - Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, onsite visits, proposals, and long-term relationship development - Use CRM tools to build and manage a strong pipeline of core and strategic accounts - Meet with customers face-to-face to understand their supply chain challenges and present tailored solutions - Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, bu...
