Your Key Responsibilities: - Gain technical proficiency in the application of Schaeffler’s bearing portfolio and utilize application engineering services for new and existing customer needs. - Enhance the digitization ratio of customer quotes and orders by effectively leveraging Schaeffler’s digital sales tools, including Salesforce, Planning360, DataLab, Guided Quoting, SAP, and interchange. - Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive sales growth while maximizing profit margins. - Continuously assess and update the market potential and competitive landscape within assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities. - Build in-depth understanding of customers’ businesses, linking their success to the effective use of Schaeffler products. - Establish and expand strong, trusted relationships within the customer network to support retention and growth. - Main...
