Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (COLA, standing orders, etc.) and participate in audits. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance. Manage scheduling for receptionists, medical assistants, and radiology technicians to ensure adequate coverage. Financial Oversight: Manage clinic expenses, revenue, and profit/loss statements. Provide input for annual budgets and monitor scorecards for coding and reimbursement accuracy.
