Student - Communication Strategist (OEET)

Job description

The Communication Strategy Student supports the Online Education and Educational Technology (OEET) team in advancing initiatives that promote the effective use of educational technology in teaching, learning, and research. In this role, the student is responsible for developing engaging digital content that highlights and supports the work of the OEET team. Leadership Responsibilities: ● Leading the end-to-end resource migration for the departmental rebrand, ensuring all outward-facing assets meet new visual and tonal standards. ● Designing and implementing student worker-related departmental workflows, such as the DXA Student Offboarding Process, to standardize transitions and retain institutional knowledge. ● Leading website, social media and other digital asset audits and peer reviews to identify friction points and proposing strategic solutions to full-time staff. ● Taking high-level data from workshops and meetings to create actionable summaries, persona cards, and strategic recommendations for the program’s web presence.
