Power Converter Engineer The Power Converter Engineer will be part of the team in charge of assessing new converter architectures and components. The Power Converter Engineer will help in the development of power products that meet company goals, customer needs, and industry standards. The Power Converter Engineer will collaborate with teams like service, manufacturing, and procurement to address issues throughout the design process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work with the team to analyze and test future conversion topologies and components. - Perform lab tests to increase technology readiness and verify performance. - Coordinate with engineering divisions and offering to define product specs. - Support the testing team in creating plans and assessing results. - Prepare technical documents, including drawings and component specs. - Apply lessons learned from previous projects to new ones. - Report progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and management promptly.
