Salary £48,000 per year · Based at our Oxford depot, located at Horspath Rd & Network Oxford · Pay rate of £48000 PA · Shift pattern of 5 over 7 on lates Looking for a hands-on role where you can lead a team and take pride in keeping both our local bus and Oxford Tube coach fleet safe, clean, and road-ready? We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Bus Depot Service Assistant Supervisor (Cleaning, Shunting & Refuelling) to join our team at Oxford depot. In this role, You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure our fleet is clean, fuelled, and positioned safely, supporting the smooth running of a modern depot environment as our fleet and facilities continue to evolve. What you’ll be doing: · Leading a small team of Fuellers/Shunters/Cleaners · Supporting the team by stepping in to clean, refuel, and reposition vehicles when needed · Organising daily task allocation and ensuring job sheets and reports are completed accurately · Planning weekly shift cover, monitoring performance, and supporting improvements · Ensuring all work meets health and safety requirements and depot standards · Liaising with management to ensure a smooth and efficient depot operation What we’re lookin...
