Position Summary: This position is responsible for mixing and serving of beverages, while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees and guests. Ensure compliance with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and all applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Under the supervision of F&B Manager or Supervisor this role positively contributes to an entrepreneurial culture that is nimble, energized, growth oriented, to self-motivate and lead by example. Above all else, must be aligned with, and promote, Shorelines Casinos culture and philosophy of creating a great, memorable experience for our guests and colleagues.
