Pay Rate: $10.00 Hourly Rate | Full Time | Shift Details: Shifts will vary based on business needs. Shifts will be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will serve food and drinks in a thoughtful manner ensuring a positive dining experience. You will report to the Food & Beverage Shift Manager. Primary Tasks: - You will serve food and drink items and ensure correct temperature. - Answer questions posed by patrons including basic ingredients in food to help identify any possible allergy issues should a guest ask. - Help bus tables to ensure the table is available for the next guest. - Communicate with wait staff, managers, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve communication and coordination so that patrons may be impressed by their dining experience. - Promote current casino events and programs and can give guests directions to all casino areas. - Perform regular closing tasks, including side work, set up, maintaining station cleanliness and end of shift tasks. - Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
