As a Combat Systems Quality Control Inspector, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring cutting-edge combat systems are built right the first time, meeting the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to secure approvals and deliver seamless project acceptance, all while overseeing quality from start to finish. Your work directly supports mission-ready outcomes, backed by rigorous ISO standards, real-time monitoring, and decisive action through NCRs and CARs when needed. This is more than inspection, it’s about owning quality, influencing excellence, and playing a vital role in delivering world-class naval capability. Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
