Team Introduction: The Creator Growth & Development team is responsible for helping creators succeed on TikTok by building scalable education systems that improve content quality, performance, and monetization readiness. We operate the Creator Academy, TikTok’s global education platform and focus on driving measurable improvements in creator output, specifically increasing high-quality content that meets platform standards (PGC: Professionally Generated Content). As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
