Benefits: Summary The Senior HR Generalist at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is a hands-on role responsible for independently managing day-to-day HR functions in support of our company-owned store operations and Support Center team. This role serves as the primary HR contact for 18 store locations and the Orlando-based Support Center, ensuring consistent HR support across a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. This position is heavily focused on HR execution, including employee relations, compliance, recruiting coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is resourceful, responsive, and comfortable operating independently while managing multiple priorities. This is a full-time, Orlando-based position that requires flexibility in schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
