Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: The purpose of Corporate Treasury is to manage the company’s liquidity, solvency and financial market risks. Corporate Treasury´s Financial Risk Management (FRM) manages the Company’s (financial) market risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, commodity and equity exposures. The FRM activities are centralized in Herzogenaurach, but execution may be performed locally as required by law or best business practice.
