East House helps thousands of clients and their families that are seeking residential and career support while in their recovery process both in residential programs and throughout the community. As a Community Living Skills Coach , you will be responsible for educating, training and supporting the residential clients of East House so they can maintain the most independent life possible. The Community Living Skills Coach will teach and support residents with learning how to cook, clean, maintain a safe environment among other daily skills. This role works closely with residents in pursuing the goals outlines on their service plans by utilizing coaching skills, educating, and counseling within the scope of their program’s services.
