Job description

- Answering incoming calls, interacting professionally with walk in customers - Utilize computer business systems and electronic catalogues to research parts - Provide customer pricing and availability - Process parts invoices and obtain payment - Process returned items by inspecting items, returning payment, issuing credit, re-shelving items and returning items to suppliers. - Maintain an attractive parts retail display area - Enhance job knowledge by continually participating in online training modules and supplier training on new products - Manage customer requests for parts warranty and administer supplier procedures - Contact customers regarding parts promotional opportunities - Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner
