Job Summary: The Department of Psychiatry Brain Imaging Center is seeking a temporary Registered MRI Technologist for their researched dedicated 3T Siemens Skyra and GE 3T PREMIER scanners. This is a research dedicated facility that is currently running ~100 different research protocols. The temporary employee will assist in: Operating Siemens and GE 3T scanners to carry out research protocols The Brain Imaging Center is open M-F 7:00 am – 7:00pm and Saturday 8-12. Hours will vary depending on when scans are scheduled. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a detailed understanding of MR physics and MR image quality. Perform imaging procedures according to BIC-specific and study-specific protocols. Assist investigators in selecting appropriate imaging parameters and in documenting study parameters.
