Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing: - Operate/program the semi-automated crushing, screening, feeding, and conveying equipment for the quarry. - Visually observe and monitor physical components in addition to gauges of all equipment while in operation to maintain proper flow of material on belts, crushers and screens. - Maintain strong communications with all other plant employees to ensure efficient and safe workflow from quarry to crusher. - Identify appropriate material to produce quality aggregate material per job specifications. - Communicate with quality control personnel and make required adjustments to material blends. - Assist in making necessary adjustments, repairs or replacements to machinery and equipment. - Perform other miscellanous duties as may be requested.
