The Parking Operations Manager oversees daily shift operations from open to close, ensuring smooth, guest-focused service and safe, efficient valet experience. Core responsibilities include staffing oversight, lot and lane monitoring, guest relations, and real-time problem resolution. The role blends floor presence with administrative accountability — managing ticket, key, and car reconciliation, coordinating with the client on operational needs, and closing each shift with payroll review, reporting, and incident documentation. The ideal candidate leads by example; coaches staff in the moment and keeps operations running without disruption. Pay: $72,000- $80,000 per year: The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
