Novares US LLC (formerly Key Plastics LLC) is currently looking for an experienced Production Planner. We are a plastic injection molding facility that works with Tier 1 and 2 automotive customers. Finality: Manage planning and sequencing: Main Missions 1 - Draw up the three-month Master Production Schedule (Industrial and Sales Plan) - Draw up the three-month Master Production Schedule each week based on customer orders, stock objectives and production constraints 2 - Draw up the workload schedule 3 - Define the daily production sequence 4 - Upgrade the information system 5 - Help to manage modifications 6 - Help to continuously improve logistics - Propose an adapted policy based on workload and technical constraints - Organise a weekly meeting with Autonomous Production Units to submit workloads (Production Plan) - Monitor progress and compliance with the plant Production Plan - Define and ensure respect of economic launch quantities for each part number according to management rules in force - Draft the meeting minutes and distribute...
