To function as a mental health provider to the inmates by performing initial and ongoing psychiatric assessments; to prescribe appropriate medication and/or mechanical measures to assist inmates to improve behaviors; assist with preparation and modification of treatment plans and recommend and assign to appropriate programs. Also to provide supervision to psychiatric providers at the institution. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited medical school and psychiatric residency program.
