Cleaning Supervisor

This is a permanent Full-Time role where you will lead a team of cleaners to ensure that the cleanliness of the facility is maintained to a high standard along with ongoing development of our services. Reporting to the Manager, you will use your cleaning experience to deliver: - Daily cleaning within nonproduction environment - Provide cleaning services on the sites as per contractual requirements to ensure continued customer satisfaction - Visual inspections and audits of the facility - Planning and coordinating effective cleaning activities with the team - Scheduling rosters to ensure continuity of service - Training team members including conducting safety meetings and coaching as required - Positive and helpful interactions with our client To be considered for this role you must have: - Previous experience in commercial cleaning - Ability and experience to use cleaning machinery and train others - Proven leadership in a team environment - Self-motivated and reliable, able to work unsupervised - The capability and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve a high standard of cleanliness for the facility - Attent...
