Pernod Ricard is looking for a Raw Materials Sustainable Analyst Apprentice for 12 months starting in August or September 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8). You will assist the Global Category Manager in her mission, with a specific focus on Sustainability and Responsibility (S&R): traceability & certification of raw materials, carbon & water footprints, ESG compliance among others. The procurement scope is regarding the key Global Raw materials of Pernod Ricard: alcohol, sugars, cereals, botanicals & flavors…etc .
