Superintendent I and II SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Superintendent that will be responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service. Visa Sponsorships are not offered for this position. 100% Travel required with regular rotations home every 3 weeks. Must work Monday-Saturday for 3 weeks, then home for 7 days. Must have experience in very fast paced environment. Must be able to lead all levels of employees; craft to superintendents - lead by example Must be able to effectively mentor and coach Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendents Crane experience a plus, but must have worked on large scale projects MUST be able to derive a schedule, undertand and drive 3-, 6-, monthly, quartlery look aheads and be able to give actual examples of how you work the schedule and with what tools. Must be able to organize a diverse team. Must have experience with self-perform work. Managing sub-contractors only are not desired.
