Company Description Home Services Growth Partner (Ontario, Canada-Based, U.S.-Focused) About the Opportunity: Our client is seeking a proven Sales Team Builder / Sales Operator who has personally lived the growth journey inside a home service business. This is not a corporate sales management role. This is not a consulting position for someone who has only advised companies from the outside. We are looking for an operator who started in the trenches as a sales representative, mastered the sales process firsthand, became a top producer, and eventually helped build and scale a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
