Job Details Scheduler III - Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provides advanced scheduling and patient access support within imaging, laboratory, and outpatient service areas. Serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for scheduling workflows, supporting complex scheduling needs and promoting consistency across departments. Functions as a key operational resource, helping to maintain efficient patient flow and a high-quality patient experience. Supports the Patient Access Supervisor in daily operations by assisting with workflow oversight, issue resolution, and reinforcement of departmental standards, while proactively identifying opportunities to reduce errors, improve scheduling practices, and enhance communication across imaging and outpatient locations.
