About the Job Key Responsibilities: - Implement basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting/tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed appearance altering processes, embroidery) - Exemplify and have customer service skills to enhance our clients experience. - Educate and trains store teams on customer offerings provided by the Tailor Shop. - Help with responsibilities on the selling floor and fitting room as requested by store management - Comply with all Levi's® policy and programs. Job Requirements: The expected starting wage range for this role in California is $16.90. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors.
