Allstate Beverage Company Montgomery, Alabama: Position Description – Operations Manager: Class A CDL and Doubles endorsement required Reports to: General Manager: JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective and successful management of all operational functions of the location; collaborates with senior leadership and the Strategic Operations team to implement operational procedures and guidelines for the location, overseeing the Warehouse and Delivery managers and ensuring safe and efficient operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leadership and Management: Leads, manages, supports and motivates location’s Warehouse and Delivery teams through open and clear communication, and a commitment to participative management. - Safety and Training: Takes accountability for safety protocol, and for oversight of training and safety of Warehouse and Delivery Departments at location. Promotes and maintains a safe work environment at the location daily.
