The Commissions Team Lead is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, governance, execution, and integrity of commission programs across the retail energy business. This includes external broker, partner, and incentive programs. The role ensures that all commission calculations, statements, and payments are accurate , timely , transparent, and compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements.
