ABOUT THE ROLE: The Laborer supports precast production by performing hands-on tasks involved in forming, pouring, finishing, and handling concrete products. This role works as part of a production team to prepare forms, assist in concrete placement, operate equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
