Job Description: The Job holder participates to the process of Contracts and Procurement entity by performing the following tasks: - Work closely with the DUET to create the contracts dossier, develop a clear definition of contractual responsibilities and discuss the agenda including: - Development of Contracting Strategy and issue Call for Tenders to find suitable expertise to support the different functions - Negotiation and analysis of commercial bids - Development of Recommendations To Award (RTA) - Ensure that all insurance issues of TEPMA1 assets and personnel are dealt with - Manage his/her performance by monitoring KPIs Ensure the update of the contract management too...
