Overview Seeking Family Medicine Physician located at Naval Branch Medical Clinic Port Hueneme, CA. Salary : $124,308 - $315,000 per year Port Hueneme is a small beach city in Ventura County, California, surrounded by the city of Oxnard and the Santa Barbara Channel. Both the Port of Hueneme and Naval Base Ventura County lie within the city limits. Port Hueneme has a south-facing sand beach, known for its surfing. - May require occasional travel to an alternate treatment facility location at Point Mugu. - A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. - Medical malpractice liability insurance is not required for federal civilian healthcare providers as they are covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (28 U.S.C. § 1346(b)) while acting within the scope of their employment.
