Position: Director - Partnership Marketing - TSE Department: Corporate Partnerships Reporting Relationship: Reports to Sr. Director of Partnership Marketing Status: Full-Time (Exempt) Position Summary: The Director, Partnership Marketing is responsible for account management leadership, team oversight, and activation execution across corporate partnerships that span both the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC. This role will report to and work closely with the Sr. Director, Partnership Marketing, who sets the overall strategy and direction for the group. The Director is accountable for managing assigned partner accounts, leading a team of Partnership Marketing Managers/Sr. Managers/Coordinators, and supporting the planning and execution of all partnership activations, events, and deliverables. The Director collaborates with internal stakeholders including marketing, ticket sales, operations, finance, strategic planning, content, community, and other core services to ensure seamless execution and best in class partner service.
