Job DetailsJob Location: 415 Columbia Rd - Dorchester, MA 02125Salary Range: $92,000.00 - $100,000.00The Upham’s Community Care Family Nurse Practitioner Residency Training Program is a two-year, full-time residency training program for new graduate nurse practitioners to transition into clinic practice in a structured and supportive environment. This program will the following as part of the new provider’s weekly schedule: Salary range: The expected base salary is $92,000-$100,000 based on 1.0 FTE. Salary is commensurate with experience and a variety of other job factors. Year 1: October 2026 – September 2027: Mentored Residency Year Weekly precepted and mentored primary care clinic sessions. Residents will have a dedicated attending primary care provider with them for full time support while seeing patients. Residents will move through an extended patient ramp up to allow additional time for the building of clinical knowledge and skills. Weekly didactic sessions on high-yield primary care topics to expand provider knowledge and improve clinical skills.
