Description The Department of Political Science within the Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Oklahoma seeks applicants for a full-time tenure-track or tenured faculty member to contribute to the department’s strengths in the public administration and public policy subfields with a starting date of August 16, 2026 and a teaching load of 2:2. The successful applicant whose scholarly record warrants appointment with tenure or on an accelerated tenure track will be appointed as an Associate Professor of Political Science while the successful early-career applicant, including ABDs, will be appointed as an Assistant Professor of Political Science.
