Trade & Transaction Reporting Director (Managing Principal) Location: London or Edinburgh (Hybrid) | Practice Area : FRRF – Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation & Finance Transformation | Type: Permanent Shape the future of global regulatory reporting transformation The Role: Capco is seeking a Managing Principal (Director level) to lead our Trade & Transaction Reporting initiatives within the FRRF practice. This role is ideal for someone who brings strategic vision, deep regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience in leading complex, multi-jurisdictional reporting programmes. You’ll work with global financial institutions to deliver regulatory change, optimise reporting controls, and ensure sustained compliance across regimes like EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, and CFTC.
