POS-27447 Job Description: HubSpot is looking for a Senior Counsel to join the Commercial Legal Team to provide a key support role to our North America-based Sales Teams. In this role, you’ll get to: - Provide first-line client-centric legal support to our North America Sales teams on commercial and legal issues - Review and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, master services agreements, data processing agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, and statements of work - Partner closely with Sales and Deal Desk stakeholders to understand the business objectives and hurdles, and drive strategic improvements - Work with internal technology teams to build AI-powered tools and processes to deliver business impact - Collaborate with other legal, compliance, and cross-functional groups to solve for the customer while effectively managing HubSpot’s risk We are looking for people who: Are passionate about the values in the HubSpot Culture Code - Must be a graduate of an accredited law school Have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant in-house legal experience - Are in good standing and licensed to practice law as a member of a S...
