About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team at Usk Vets on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and rewarding role. The position is full-time, with a 40-hour workweek, on a rota basis. 4 x shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with shared Saturday morning shifts from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.: Why join us? Our practice is set a stone's throw away from Monmouthshire River which our staff and their dogs enjoy at lunchtime. We are a five-minute walking distance into Usk Town and situated within the Brecon Beacons. The area offers an abundance for you to do in your downtime away from work. Cardiff and Bristol are both within a 45-minute drive.: We have our laboratory for in-house use, DR X-ray machine with SignalPet Use, dental x-ray and separate dental theatre along with our prep rooms and main theatre, ultrasound machine, endoscopy and walk-in kennels.
