Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in C++ programming language. - 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role. - 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems. - 3 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management). Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. - 3 years of experience working in a structured organization. - Experience in security or governance, including identity management, privacy data handling, or data governance. - Experience identifying and responding to security or privacy issues, including developing signatures, monitoring alerts, detailed logs analysis, and investigation.
