M365 Platform Owner The Opportunity: The M365 Platform Owner will serve as the enterprise-wide steward of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring that our collaboration, productivity, and automation platforms are secure, well‑governed, measurable, and continuously evolving. This role combines product management, technical oversight, and stakeholder engagement to optimize M365 capabilities for the enterprise. What You'll Work On: Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related services Partner with Cyber, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Business teams to ensure the platform aligns with company‑wide governance, compliance, and security standards Lead adoption strategies and evangelize best practices across business units Define and manage platform KPIs, usage insights, and operational performance Guide implementation of new capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards Oversee M365 service health, incident response coordination, and platform reliability Manage licensing strategy, usage optimization, and forecasting Serve as thought leader for emerging Microsoft Cloud features...
