Position Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Primary Care Location: Globe, Arizona: Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | No evenings, weekends, or on-call Practice Setting: Community-Based Outpatient Primary Care Travel Requirements: None: Compensation, Incentives, and Relocation: - Base salary: $120,000–$140,000, depending on experience - Productivity incentives (RVU-based): $10,000 - $20,000 in the first year - Sign-on bonus: $5,000–$7,000 - Relocation assistance: $7,000–$10,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 15 days of paid time off (PTO) starting on the hire date - 7 paid major holidays (in addition to PTO) - Separate paid sick leave - 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions - CME allowance - Reimbursement for licensure and credentialing fees - Fully covered malpractice insurance About the Role: This role is a good fit for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, including new graduates, who want to provide solid primary care without the pressure that comes with high-volume clinics.
