Job Summary: The Aviation Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Specialist performs advanced professional work administering, monitoring, and safeguarding the Department of Aviation’s Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) program. This position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting revenue integrity, maintaining accurate financial reporting, and coordinating with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and air carriers. The position exercises independent judgment in interpreting federal regulations, analyzing complex financial data, identifying compliance risks, and implementing corrective actions in accordance with 14 CFR Part 158, FAA guidance, and City of Dallas financial policies.
