Department Physical Facilities, Custodial Services Compensation: $15.81 to Negotiable Hourly General Description / Primary Purpose: This is work supervising custodial staff and building maintenance in accordance with the APPA cleaning standards. Job Function: Supervises the cleaning of the University Conducts inspections: Performs administrative duties: Maintains supply inventory: Supervises equipment maintenance: Handles personnel matters: Trash pickup and after-hour services.\: Supplementary Responsibilities. Special Events and event equipment maintenance Performs preventive maintenance of equipment for respective areas on the first working day of every month Plans, gives instructions on, and inspects the completion of: Special set-up requests Graduations: Providing manpower during events: Clean up after events: Work orders: Campus emergencies: Coordinate work with other trades and departments as necessary This position is designated as a Tier 2 respondent for designated campus emergencies and events.
