Manager / Learning and Development The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the Payroll Operations L&D functions . This role is responsible for staff planning, coaching, hiring, training, developing, and providing direct supervision of day-to-day functions and workload management. This role must ensure the accurate and dependable delivery of training across all operations , as well as manage content development and ongoing support. Partnering with peers and stakeholders across all departments is key to success in this role.
