NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Transportation Coordinator based in our Daytona Beach, Florida office. The Transportation Coordinator will perform a variety of duties related to the Company’s Promotional Vehicle Program, including fleet coordination and vehicle lifecycle support, and will provide professional transportation and courier services for VIPs as needed. Duties include but are not limited to: - Operate company motor vehicle(s) and provide safe, professional transportation services for VIPs as needed. - Provide recurring courier services for board members and executives on an as-needed basis. - Assist with the annual ordering, delivery, and onboarding process of the Promotional Vehicle Fleet, including coordination with manufacturers and/or dealerships as applicable. - Assist assigned drivers with vehicle turn-in and pick-up processes, including completion of required manufacturer inspections and documentation prior to vehicle return. - Ensure license plates, registrations, and recall notices remain current; assist with a...
