We are seeking a Program/Project Management Specialist II (Contract Actions) as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work in support of TSA-ESVP . Position Description: - Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Fact Sheets, Program Guides, Frequently Ask Questions (FAQs), workflow documentation, and talkers. - Ensure documents meet TSA formatting, clarity, quality, and approval requirements. - Applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. - Providing activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating and assessing performance measurements, and providing group facilitation, interviewing, and training.
