To support ongoing growth across Europe, IQVIA is hiring a Recruiter in Poland to support recruitment for Medical Sales and Medical Affairs roles within the life sciences sector. This role is suited to a recruiter who enjoys sourcing, candidate engagement, and operational recruitment work in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment support for medical sales and medical affairs roles. - Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and timelines. - Source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools. - Screen candidates and coordinate interviews. - Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS. - Build and manage talent pipelines. - Support recruitment reporting and activity tracking. - Ensure compliance with Polish labour legislation and internal processes. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 3–5 years’ recruitment experience (agency, in‑house, or RPO). - Experience recruiting within healthcare or life sciences preferred. - Exposure to medical sales or medical affairs roles. - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. - Ability to work in an international environment. - Fluent English is requi...
