Methodist Hospital is looking to hire an Anesthesia Supervisor to join our team! Position Summary: Under the direction of the Senior Manager and Manager of Anesthesia Services, the supervisor will facilitate the successful functioning of the anesthesia department through communication, working knowledge of departmental and hospital policy, and rapport with nurse anesthesia (CRNA) staff, medical staff, anesthesia technicians and ancillary departments. Performs other duties as assigned by leaders. This supervisor position will be approximately 0.5 FTE clinical and 0.5 FTE non-clinical based. Work Schedule: - 1.0 FTE - M-F; based on business need (occasional Off-Premise Weekend Leader Call) Required Qualifications: - Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or related field - Completion of Nurse Anesthesia Program - Masters degree in Anesthesia or related field - Five years experience as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - APRN currently licensed in the state of Minnesota - CRNA currently certified by the NBCRNA - Privileged as a CRNA by the PNHS Credential...
