Security Team Specialist II 260003EH Description The Metro Boston Area Department of Mental Health (DMH) is currently hiring for the position of Security Team Specialist II. Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive): speeding and other traffic conditions and takes necessary measures to prevent unauthorized use of hospital roads and parking facilities. - Supervisor of Security Team Specialists I. - Patrols all buildings, grounds, and adjacent areas of the hospital at regular intervals and guards against trespass, theft, fire, and damage to property. - Maintains order among visitors and staff; maintains motor vehicle traffic controls on hospital grounds including parking, - Performs security duties such as screening visitors, directing traffic, and enforcing parking controls. - Provides personal protection to individuals as required including but not limited to, searching for missing goods and persons, conducting surveillance, and investigating complaints and reports of suspicious activities. - Assists with providing custodial supervision of medically ill and mental health clients, and escorts them to various appointments. - Coordinates th...
