For Earth For Life BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: The primary focus of the Data Analyst II is to manage the warranty accrual planning, reserve planning and warranty expense recovery efforts. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: - Manage the calculation of the warranty budget. - Develop forecasting models for warranty exposure. - Administer and maintain Vendor/Factory agreements - Drive and design new methods to increase warranty expense recovery - Administer non-recoverable warranty cost and prepare data for management approval - Reconcile all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule - Generate reports on claims and recovery status and regularly present to KUBOTA management - Assist front line claim processors with seasonal overflow claim processing as assigned by management - Structure facts and conceive arguments and present to suppliers gaining concurrence of responsible costs - Gather complete and timely internal supporting documentation for warranty payment justification - Establish pa...
